Silver Alert declared for missing Martinsburg man
A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.
The Washington County Sheriffs Office is investigating the disappearance of Joseph L. Brown, an 88 year old white male, 6 feet 0 inches tall, 190 pounds, white hair with blue eyes, carries a cane, wears a Catholic Scapular necklace, and driving a red 2015 Buick Enclave with Indiana handicap plate D185XR.
Joseph is missing from Martinsburg, Indiana which is 115 miles south of Indianapolis and was last seen on Thursday, December 6, 2018. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
